Meet the Band

Bringers of the Rock Hell.

Alicia Griffin

Lead Vocals, Acoustic Guitar.

A singer songwriter who has been performing from an early age, but has been gigging regularly for the last 4 years. She quotes Pretty Reckless and My Chemical Romance as main influences.

Alicia brings a strong live performance, with a little bit of theatre (she is also an artist) More importantly she consistently delivers a stunningly mature lead vocal, with a confidence and sass way beyond her years, that provides a rich twist to an already distinctive rock sound.

Mike Pasby

Guitar, Backing Vocals.

A founder member, Mike has been playing guitar for decades and draws on influences from Guns N Roses, Queen and Black Stone Cherry amongst others. His ultimate guitar hero is Slash of G'n'R and Velvet Revolver fame.

Mike can also bring a sometimes unexpected, somewhat unpredictable but always entertaining physicality to the live performance. His sound is courtesy of a Gibson Les Paul Traditional and a Headrush pedalboard for live work.

Alan Connolly

Guitar, Backing Vocals.

A mental multi-instrumentalist, singer, sound guy and producer with years of experience playing at every level in the business, Alan has been melting rock fan faces locally for a while with the likes of Black Rose, Flaming Moe’s and Homer. Alan leads the technology side of the band not just in sound solution but also the many media faces. Alan’s main influences include Alter Bridge, Avenged Sevenfold and Disturbed. His sound is delivered using Fender, Schecter and Ibanez guitars and a headrush pedal board for live work.

Sam Bailey

Drums.

A founder member, this hard hitter has been playing drums since early teens with his playing style being derived from his love of rock, prog, metal and funk. Favourite artists include Dream Theater, Porcupine Tree, Muse and RHCP. It is no surprise that he quotes Mike Portnoy, Mike Mangini and Chad Smith as direct influences on his playing style. Sam currently uses Mapex drums/hardware Meinl Cymbals and Evans drum heads.

Andrew Paul Davies

Bass.

Another singer songwriter, multi-instrumentalist just focusing on his first love, Andy has been playing bass so long he’s forgotten most of what he has learnt. Too many favourite artists to mention but direct instrument influences include Geddy Lee, Jon Camp and John Deacon. Along with his grumpy banter, he brings attention to melodic detail, song craft and studio production and sometimes even calmness!. Andy uses Gibson and Fender basses and GK amplification.
